Christmas Eve.

It has been a delightful Christmas Eve with the family. Here are pictures of a few things that happened today.

We finished putting together homemade gifts.

Plenty of baking has happened in the last few days.

We ate our traditional Christmas Eve dinner, potato soup and bread, as a family, after Christmas Eve service at church.

And then we took some pictures, which Marc and I clearly enjoyed.

And now I'm enjoying the coziness of a house decorated for Christmas, catching up on some reading (the senior paper work never ends, but at least I genuinely love Virginia Woolf) and anticipating the morning.

Merry Christmas, Friends!

Home.

For the last couple of months, two of my housemates have been living elsewhere in order to student teach. Our house feels rather empty with only half of us still living in it. I can't wait for January, when we'll be reunited. The first half of the semester contains so many memories of things that we did together. It's definitely been an eventful senior year.
